What was never produced
Months with no statement, pages missing from the middle of one, statements that stop short of the Form E date, and closing balances that don't carry forward.
What the accounts show and the form doesn't
Money moving to accounts not listed at Section 2.3, income not declared at 2.15 to 2.19, and regular payments that point to an asset missing from Section 2.8.
Where the figures part company
Declared outgoings against actual spending, cash withdrawals, and large movements near separation — with overlaps removed, so the same money is never raised twice.

Sized for the questionnaire you can actually serve.
"Non-disclosure is a bane which strikes at the very integrity of the adjudicative process."
But questionnaires should not exceed four pages of A4 (Statement on the Efficient Conduct of Financial Remedy Hearings, January 2022), and a long, unfocused one invites the fishing-expedition objection.
So the report doesn't hand you everything. It ranks what's worth asking by what's at stake and how firm the evidence is, removes overlaps, and gives one line on why each point is proportionate. What was checked and left out is listed too, with the reason.
